In factions there are 2 elite missions 1 in Cavalon and the Other in House Zu Helter....

U can either buy the bow like i did for around 100k or.. do the mission hehe

Been advancing through the game lately with my ranger too - liked the "scarab" armor a lot so I bought it and figured, hey, this looks fun with the Luxon 15k top as well.
